Jedan od zaključaka iz članka You and Your Research

Jedna od rečenica koja mi je privukla pažnju, a ima mnogo mudrih stvari, je ova:

"I believe that books which try to digest, coordinate, get rid of the duplication, get rid of the less fruitful methods and present the underlying ideas clearly of what we know now, will be the things the future generations will value."

Na ovo razmišljanje i validiranje ove izjave me je navelo slušanje predavanja oca Miloša Vesina o gnevu. Njegova predavanja su uvek veoma posećena. A posećena su zato što on radi ono što je Richard Hamming rekao u svom članku - prezentuje jasno ideje, dok uklanja manje bitne stvari.

Notepad++ Freedom of expression

Today, Notepad ++ wrote to me:
"Freedom of expression is like the air we breathe, we don't feel it, until people take it away from us."

I would change this a little bit and make this more universal:
"Freedom (of expression) is like the air we breathe, we don't feel it, until people take it away from us."
